Concert Safety and Regulations

KZFR is no longer requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to enter the club. Masks are still recommended. 

Please note that our policies may change in accordance with any local mandates from the Butte County Department of Public Health and/or the State of California. In addition, certain shows (at the request of individual artists or their management) may require masks to be worn, proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, or proof of a negative COVID-19 test for entry. Be sure to check show specific ticket links for more information.

TICKET REFUNDS

If you would like to request a refund for your ticket for any reason, you may do so by going to the Eventbrite page. In the event that you have difficulties with receiving a refund from Eventbrite please email [email protected] to organize a refund. Questions can be directed to [email protected] 

Refunds for non-attending ticket holders must be made before the event begins. Request for refunds will be denied if KZFR receives a request after the show has begun.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Golden Valley Community Broadcasters dba KZFR 90.1FM, and its affiliated companies relating to such risks.

You expressly agree to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinances, regulations, and the rules of Golden Valley Community Broadcasters and its affiliated companies when attending the event.
