KZFR COVID Concert Policy

To best protect our attendees, volunteers, and performers while providing entertainment for our community KZFR will be administering health and safety protocols at our events.

To attend a KZFR event you must present one of the following:

●        Proof of vaccination from COVID-19, or

●        Negative PCR test within 48 hours

Acceptable proof of vaccination:

●        The CDC vaccination card, which includes the full name of the person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered, or similar documentation issued by another foreign governmental jurisdiction

●        a photo or copy of a vaccination card as a separate document

●        a photo of a vaccination card stored on a phone or electronic device

●        a personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the State of California.


While hosting events KZFR will follow California Department of Public Health, Butte County Department of Public Health, and CDC guidelines in regards to wearing masks. Currently the California Department of Public Health has mandated that everyone in California wear a mask in indoor public spaces and workplaces. This mandate has been put into effect until February, 15, 2022.

To best protect our concert attendees and performers, KZFR Volunteers will be responsible for presentation of a proof of vaccination from COVID-19, or a negative PCR test within 48 upon beginning their volunteer shift. KZFR Volunteers will also be responsible for following the same masking guidelines as our attendees.


If you would like to request a refund for your ticket for any reason, you may do so by going to the Eventbrite page. In the event that you have difficulties with receiving a refund from Eventbrite please email [email protected] to organize a refund. Questions can be directed to [email protected] 

Refunds for non-attending ticket holders must be made before the event begins. Request for refunds will be denied if KZFR receives a request after the show has begun.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Golden Valley Community Broadcasters dba KZFR 90.1FM, and its affiliated companies relating to such risks.

You expressly agree to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinances, regulations, and the rules of Golden Valley Community Broadcasters and its affiliated companies when attending the event.
