KZFR Stands With Communities of Color

It's easy to be silent. KZFR Community Radio cries out against injustice; we abhor racism in all forms and stand with communities of color all over the United States.

As you are, we are shocked by the murder of George Floyd and the behavior of the Minneapolis Police Officers that are responsible for his death.

KZFR remains committed to peace, social justice, and compassion. We strive to open the lines of communication with all people and create a loving community for us all.  Let us work together to build each other up and not tear each other down. Join us in solidarity.

Over thirty 5th grade students from Chico Country Day School were on Ecotopia recently talking about their work fundraising for Walk 4 Water, a project that promotes clean water infrastructure and new wells in Uganda.
