Hoor Arifi is an Afghan student living in Toronto. He was a coordinator with the Afghan Peace Volunteers and is a facilitator with the Afghan Diaspora Communities. We spoke about the "peace" process being brokered by the U.S. www.globaldaysoflistening.org and www.ourjourneytosmile.com/blog for more about youth led peace initiatives in Afghanistan.

Lisa Fithian is the activist author of the soon to be released peace and justice movement classic, Shut It Down, Stories from a Fierce, Loving Resistance.
