  1. Review of DRAFT Programming Process
  2. Topics for Discussion

·       Solidify Matrix in order to properly post open slots

·       Encourage annual Matrix review (PC, CAB and Board)

·       Possible schedule programs on yearly basis

·       Encourage board to identify Programming Goals

·       Encourage sharing of shows

 

3.     Subcommittee Recommended Policy Adoption:  Local and live quality programming is the goal.
