The Boys & Girls Clubs of the North Valley is excited to celebrate 19 years of being at the forefront of youth development in after-school and youth services with a birthday celebration from 2:00pm to 5:30 PM at the Chico Ostrander Clubhouse on Wall Street. This year’s theme is a pirate party, and all Boys & Girls Club kids will have the chance to splash around and keep cool with their fellow Club members.
