Eat Right When Money’s Tight will be held at the African American Cultural Center from 4:30 to 5:30 PM, and again on April 17th from 6-7 PM at The Salvation Army Chico Corps Community Center. This month’s recipe is a zesty Asian chicken salad, and attendees will learn all the benefits of cooking with broccoli.
