Brain Injury Coalition presents “All About Concussions,” a presentation on the mechanisms of a concussion, and best practices for assessment and prevention. Speakers will include Drs. Penelope L. Kuhn, Lyman Whitlatch, and Phillip Filbrandt. This event runs from 12 noon to 5 PM on Thursday, March 13th in the Old Municipal Building assembly room at Chico City Hall.
