The City of Oroville will be hosting a housing element workshop on Thursday, February 27th at 6:00 P.M. at the Centennial Cultural Center. J. H. Douglas & Associates of Santa Ana will be assisting the City of Oroville’s Planning and Housing Departments in updating the city’s housing element.
