KZFR Pledges To Help Keep Butte Strong

KZFR has given over $2,500 in donations from various fundraisers to NVCF Camp Fire Fund, NV Animal Disaster Group, Golden Valley Bank Foundation through Sierra Nevada Brewery, and The Boys and Girls Club of the North Valley.

NVCF Camp Fire Fund - Funding through the Camp Fire Relief Fund will be provided to eligible nonprofit, government, corporate, and philanthropic organizations working on the ground in Butte County, big and small, that have been affected by the Camp Fire.

NV Animal Disaster Group - Working with emergency services to educate the public about disaster preparedness, and assist in sheltering and evacuation of animals during a disaster.

Golden Valley Bank Community Foundation - A nonprofit corporation that supports programs in the areas of financial literacy, the environment, health, human, and family services, and best practices for small nonprofit organizations. We serve as a catalyst, and partner in finding innovative and workable solutions for the betterment of the communities we serve.

Boys and Girls Club of the North Valley - BGCNV currently serves more than 2,000 youth and operates 10 sites, throughout Butte & Glenn Counties, where members, ages 6 to 18, can access a variety of quality services in Academics, Health & Wellness and Character and Leadership programs.  Our primary focus area is out of school time programs designed to provide comprehensive youth development services, activities and programs for youth in the northstate region.
