Volunteer Opportunities at Caring Choices

Caring Choices Emergency Volunteer Center (EVC) – #CampFire

November 13, 2018 – Stop All Physical Donations to Caring Choices

Caring Choices is inundated with material donations (school supplies, toiletries, etc.) and while the generosity is amazing, it is outstripping our resources and we do not have the physical space to store them. Please do not send any physical donation to Caring Choices.

We are still processing hundreds of volunteer applications every day as we continue to process them according to emergency official priority requests. Thank you again to our community, we could not continue to disaster response and relief efforts without you!

For those wishing to add their names to the volunteer list for the coming weeks and months, please go to our website (www.caring-choices.org) and carefully follow the instructions as we must follow county guidelines; please do not show up at our office.

Our response time is a bit slow as we process applications but please keep in mind that this is going to be a marathon and we will need volunteers for the long haul. The current media point of contact is Colleen Hatfield. Phone number: 530-680-9264. Email: [email protected]

We are providing updates and responses to inquiries on our Facebook and Twitter feeds.
