8th Annual Chico Bicycle Music Festival

KZFR is a proud Sponsor of The 8th annual Chico Bicycle Music Festival!

The CBMF will ride through Chico 11am till dark on Saturday, June 24th, 2017. This non-profit event, envisioned to promote human-scale transportation and local musical talent, will start at Saturday's Chico Certified Farmers Market at 11am. 

The Days Schedule...
- At 11am Wolf Thump will perform at the 3rd and Wall st. ChiKoKo will also be available to decorate your bicycle and helmet for the bicycle parade.

- Then at 12pm the festival goes mobile. 
Nolan Ford will be our LiveOnBike performer into Bidwell Park.   
Bicyclers will pedal the festival through Chico, towing electrical generators along to power the line-up of musicians who will play between 12 to 2 p.m. This bike parade will build community engagement as they roll through Bidwell Park to Manzanita Place

- At 2pm at Manzanita Place, 1705 Manzanita Ave, Pat Hull, Mr I., Broken Rodeo, Smokey and the Groove and High Strangeness will perform.

Om Foods will be cooking up non-GMO, organic goodies and Beer will be sold as well, provided by event sponsor Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Participants can also enjoy free water at the hydration station by sponsor Klean Kanteen, a braid bar and local vendors with handmade jewelry and clothing.

The Chico Bicycle Music Festival will also have interactive bicycle games sponsored by GreenLine Cycles and DynaPlug , as well as valet parking by Chico VELO. The festival will also be hosting a drawing where you can enter for a chance to win bicycles, bicycle gear and bicycle furniture.
