Butte County’s Planning Commission will consider certain zoning changes to allow a wedding venue to continue operating in an agricultural zone, which opponents say will degrade the city of chico’s greenline, and encourage more development of farm land----the meeting gets underway Thursday, July 25th, at 1pm at the County Supervisors Chamber in Oroville, 7 county drive.
