Hi I'm Sarah with Project Passion -- a project with one goal: to raise awareness of what the Syrian refugees are going through, to humanize them and remind people they are victims of war just wanting to find what we take for granted: safety, food and basic living standards. This isn't about who's right or wrong about the war, it's about the the innocent who are being forgotten and not being helped when they need it.
Hi I'm Rob, and I recently traveled to Rhodes, Greece on a service trip to not only aid the Rhodians in more ways than one, but to help the Syrian refugees in any way we could. It's the Idea of introducing one's self into the situation and addressing the root of the problem. The extent of change we made was minor given the time we had, but the change it made on us and our perspectives was tremendous. My goal is to educate people on the Syrian's difficult situation and institute a means for a more compassionate and logical world.
