Stonewall's COFA Call for Submissions

Stonewall is seeking artist submissions, displays an performances of all kinds for Coming Out for Art 2016...

Students and faculty are welcome to contribute visual art, interactive art, music, poetry, dance or other performance art for this event aimed toward providing the LGBT*Q+ community and their allies the opportunity to express issues involving gender and sexuality with positivist and power.

DEADLINE for artwork submission forms is October 4th, 2016.

The funds raised at COFA help us continue to provide free services to the community such as HIV testing, therapy, social and support groups, help finding medical care and other crucial resources for youth and adults. The art show is one of our major fundraisers and this will be its 8th year in production.

Our art show is open to anyone regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, age, race or ability. The entry fee for students is $10 (per art piece). Volunteering at COFA for 3 consecutive hours waives the fee entirely. The entry fee for non-students is $15 (per art piece). Again, volunteering for 3 consecutive hours will waive the fee. There is no entry fee for a live performance.
