This year’s Pioneer Day Parade will start promptly at 11AM, Saturday May 4th in Downtown Chico.

to join the fun, this year's theme is "Celebrating Education, Past,
Present and Future!" There is so much education of all kinds
happening around the north state. As such we hope to have many
schools of all kinds from dance to Marshal Arts, to Charter and Chico Unified
schools, marching in the parade. The parade participation is open to
all individuals, groups and businesses who want to march in the parade and be
seen by young families and kids of all ages.
