In this edition of The Big Idea Nicolas and Blake talk about income anti-discrimination laws. Theses laws prohibit landlords from discriminating against potential tenants who have rental assistance. They also talk about the Chico City Council meetings where public comment was taken on The Orange Street Shelter and the council voted to renew the anti price gouging ordinance fist passed in November of 2018.
